What are your operating hours?

We operate Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Special operations outside those hours are arranged case-by-case — message us on WhatsApp to evaluate your request.

How much does it cost to store goods with ALSERVINCA?

Accepted Answer

Price depends on volume (m² or pallets), product category and add-on services (dispatch, palletizing, documentation). The billable minimum is 50 m². Request a pre-quote in under 24 hours through our form.

What is the minimum contract term?

Accepted Answer

We don't impose rigid minimum terms. We work with monthly renewable contracts, project-based contracts and flexible plans for temporary volumes. Reach out to design the structure that fits your operation.

Do you serve clients outside Carabobo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our location in Valencia with ARC access lets us serve clients across Venezuela. We coordinate dispatches to Caracas, Maracay, Puerto Cabello and the rest of the country with in-house carriers or ones you trust.

What types of goods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept: food products (MPPS Warehouse Type 3), industrial chemicals (MPPA RACDA), industrial raw materials, consumer goods, machinery and equipment, general goods. Each category is stored in a separate zone under the corresponding conditions.

What goods can you NOT store?

We don't store: weapons, ammunition, unauthorized controlled substances, radioactive material, explosives, or goods lacking legal documentation. Nor perishables requiring specialized cold chain — for those we recommend a cold-chain specialist.

Do you have permits to store chemicals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We hold the Registry of Environmentally Degrading Activities (RACDA) from the MPPA and the Environmental Approval from IMA. We store chemicals in a physically separate zone with category-specific safety and handling protocols.

How do I request a quote?

Do you accept USD payments or only bolivars?

Accepted Answer

We accept USD payments (cash and international wire) and bolivars (domestic bank transfer). We issue legal invoices in both cases. Payment terms are discussed during onboarding.

Can I retrieve my goods at any time?

Yes. Your goods are yours and you can retrieve them whenever you request, with reasonable advance notice to prepare the dispatch (typically 24-48 hours for large volumes). We never withhold goods.

Do you have access for trailers and heavy trucks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our maneuvering yard comfortably accommodates trailers and heavy trucks, and the access road permits vehicles up to the maximum dimensions allowed in Venezuela.

Do you handle SUNAGRO and SADA paperwork?

Accepted Answer

We generate all supporting documentation (waybills, intake records, photo evidence) so your team or agent can process SUNAGRO and SADA without delays. Our operation is audited so document flow doesn't stall.

How do I access the online inventory portal?

Accepted Answer

Once the contract is signed, we hand you personalized credentials for the web portal. From there you see your stock in real time, physical location, monthly movements and download PDF and Excel reports — accessible from any device.
